Minnesota has become a haven for runaway children and for parents seeking to kidnap their children from custodial parents in other states. Adding insult to injury, Gov. Tim Walz also implemented a new policy that BANS Christians, Jews, and Muslims from teaching jobs unless they formally reject their faith to affirm “transgenderism” and cultural Marxism.
We’re suing Lawless Tim Walz and the State of Minnesota. Help us win by supporting our legal fund today, and a special Challenge Grant will DOUBLE your donation.
The new policy went into effect last month. To receive or keep a teaching license in the state of Minnesota, teachers will be forced to “affirm” “transgender” ideology and cultural Marxism or be stripped of their teaching licenses and careers. Christians who refuse to reject their faith will be BANNED from teaching in MN public schools.
Under Walz’s new rule, Minnesota teaching colleges and universities must also include these anti-Christian policies in their curriculum, or they will be stripped of their ability to offer teaching degrees.
Thanks to Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the land of 10,000 lakes is now a land of lawlessness.
In March 2023, MN Gov. Walz issued an executive order declaring Minnesota to be a “trans refuge,” and as such, the state would no longer abide by applicable federal or state laws. Just one month later, he signed legislation making that unlawful order LAW in Minnesota.
The measure prevents other state laws from “interfering” with so-called “gender affirming care” — meaning puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries on minors. The outrageous law encourages children to run away to Minnesota and incentivizes parents from other states to violate court orders, custody agreements, and the rights of the other parent — all so ghouls can feed confused children, preteens and teens dangerous drugs and put these innocents under the surgeon’s knife.
The law also encourages minor children to run away from home, because LGBTQ Tim will help them get their mutilating surgeries once they cross the Minnesota state line. Runaway laws and child protective orders be damned.
To be very clear, Tim Walz’s child endangerment and parental kidnapping laws violate each and every one of the following long-standing federal laws:
Article 4, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution requires each state’s judicial system to honor and obey the judicial proceedings of another state. In other words, a person cannot flee to one state to avoid Court orders of another state.
Article 2, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution further clarifies this issue, plainly stating that a person may not flee to another state to escape punishment for a crime. And that on the occasion a person does try to escape another state’s jurisdiction, the chief executive of the receiving state must deliver that person back to the original state that has charges against the person.
Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA): A legal agreement between the states to prevent interstate parental kidnapping of children, requiring states to honor and enforce the child custody orders from other states.
Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA): Establishes national standards to determine jurisdiction in interstate custody disputes. PKPA forces states to enforce child custody agreements entered by courts in other states.
Interstate Compact for Juveniles requires states to return runaway children to their home state.
LGBTQ Tim wasn’t satisfied with turning his state into a child mutilation factory. He went even further to ensure kids remain trapped in the LGBTQ cult by banning the one practice shown to help them — Christian Counseling.
That’s right, Walz’s new law BANNED Christian counseling.
As a result, Walz will now be forced to face Liberty Counsel’s team of expert lawyers in court.
Christian counseling has been proven to resolve gender dysphoria and unwanted sexual desires. And that is exactly why the LGBTQ cult is trying to ban this practice — because it works.
Liberty Counsel has overturned 23 of those bans, freeing the people of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama to seek and receive the Christian counseling of their choosing.
We’re coming for Minnesota next. With God’s will and your help, we CAN overturn the bans on Christian counseling, and I believe we can STOP this demonic march to destroy the children Planned Parenthood wasn’t able to kill in the womb.
But we need YOUR help. Few people can afford to do direct battle with powerful princes in high places like governor’s offices and White House mansions. Instead, our clients rely on YOU, the faithful Liberty Counsel supporter.
A special Challenge Grant will DOUBLE the impact of every donation to our legal fund today. Please, help us achieve victory against those seeking the destruction of our children. Your own child or grandchild’s life may one day depend on it.
