Client Intake Coordinator, Lynchburg, Virginia

Liberty Counsel has an immediate full-time opening for an organized, reliable intake coordinator to assist an elite litigation team. At least two years of litigation support experience with client intake and federal court case management experience is preferred. This position requires exceptional oral and written communication abilities, good typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows software. Database Entry Specialist – (fulltime or part-time), North Orlando Area

Liberty Counsel needs a fulltime or part-time data entry specialist in Sanford, Florida. This job requires an organized, reliable individual with fast and accurate data entry skills, proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment, and MS Excel. Editor, North Orlando Area or Remote

Liberty Counsel has an immediate full-time opening for a copy editor with at least five years of proven experience in editing compelling direct mail and email copy, op eds, whitepapers, and other legal and policy resource materials. Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in editing and proofing content in a fast-paced environment. An in-depth understanding of current cultural and social issues and is required. Executive Assistant, North Orlando Area

Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced Executive Assistant who is energetic, punctual, reliable, fast, accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a mission-oriented environment. Must be able to understand complex details, accurately and quickly proofread, draft letters, make travel arrangements, coordinate events, set appointments, work with confidential information, and perform a variety of other tasks. Availability for urgent needs outside the normal 8:30 to 5:00 office hours is required. Required skills include computer proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly. Litigation Counsel, North Orlando Area

Liberty Counsel is seeking a highly-motivated and organized attorney for an elite litigation team. Necessary qualifications include high moral character, excellent oral and writing ability, superior academic background and eligibility for Florida Bar admission. Applicants must have excellent brief writing, communication and time management skills, ability to edit pleadings in Microsoft Word, work with case management software and online document filing. Three or more years of litigation and appellate experience are required, preferably involving constitutional law.
